East Sussex Golf Club

Golf in East Sussex

The lakes, ponds, bunkers and woodland on the 6,269 yard Sedlescombe Golf Course offer a challenge to the scratch golfer, while the average golfer will enjoy some spectacular golf with a variety of obstacles in one of the unspoilt corners of East Sussex.

Sedlescombe Golf Club is located on the A21 5 miles north of Hastings in East Sussex. If you are traveling from London you need to exit the M25 on Junction 5. This gets you on the A21 heading towards Sevenoaks and Hastings. As you near the golf course you will pass Blackbrooks garden centre on your right hand side. The entrance to the course is approximately 800 yards further down on the right hand side of the road.

The Golf Club is in the heart of 1066 country, three miles from the famous Battle Abbey, built on the site of the Battle of Hastings. When you're not playing golf, you may explore the historic town of Battle, shop in the medieval streets of Rye or stroll along the renowned sandy beaches at Camber.
